Payment Policy
- ALL payments are processed via Paypal invoice.
- Payment for all engineering services must be paid upfront in full before the work begins.
- Please allow up to 7 business days after your payment is processed, the work is scheduled, and the files are received to have your completed mixes and masters delivered.
- While there are no refunds for completed and delivered work, all mixes and masters receive two FREE revisions per song to make any necessary changes and meet customer satisfaction.
- Any additional revisions after the two FREE ones require an additional $25 fee.

How to send in your files
If you’ve recorded your song in ProTools, simply compress the ENTIRE session folder into a zip file and send it to mixing@onlinehiphopmixing.com via Wetransfer.com. If you used a different DAW to record, you must first bounce the stems of your session to WAV files, and then compress that folder into a zip file before sending.
